Property management:
An on-site Property Management staff with a proven record of cost control, tenant retention and satisfaction performs all aspects of facilities management. An experienced team conducts tenant requests, preventative maintenance, utility inspection, building maintenance, repair, common area services, landscaping, snow removal and utility billing. A licensed engineer and a property manager are available 24 hours to tenants.

Lease:
Alliance Logistics Center offers state-of-the-art distribution, industrial and office space for short and long-term lease.
